What happens after I've registered?

If you've registered online you will receive a confirmation email fairly quickly after you've finished the online process. This email will include venue information as well as confirmation of the conference sessions you've chosen.

If you've registered via fax or post you will also receive a confirmation email but it will take a little longer to arrive in your inbox.

Three weeks before the event you will also receive your badge in the post.

If you've registered but you haven't submitted an email address, you will receive your badge in the post three weeks before the event. If you don't receive it by then please contact HCC on tel: +44 (0)844 858 0758.

I'm a student nurse/GP/other related healthcare professional can I come free of charge too?

We have limited places for students though if you register quickly you shouldn't have a problem. If you register after we've reached our cap someone from HCC will contact you to discuss further options.

Can I bring a colleague/friend?

Of course! Primary Care LIVE is the leading learning forum for primary care and we want as many people as possible to benefit from this. And if your colleague/friend is a practicing healthcare professional then they can come free of charge too.

If you register online you'll notice that at the end of the process there's an option for you to register a friend.

I'm trying to register online and I get an invalid message when choosing my conference sessions, how do I fix this?

Check that you're only choosing one AM and one PM session for each day. By choosing one AM session you will get to hear between three and five different topics by different speakers. And similarly by choosing one PM session you get to hear between three and five different topics, again by different best-practice speakers.
